Delete your account

You can do this here, without installing the app. It is permanent.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account and email address
Your watchlist, favourites and quiet hours
Your notification tokens, so alerts stop immediately
Your connected-car link and any stored vehicle snapshot
Your subscription record on our side

What stays: community reports you submitted remain visible without your name until they expire after 14 days, because other drivers rely on them. Anonymous charger-availability statistics contain nothing that identifies you. A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store must also be cancelled there — deleting the account does not cancel billing.

Delete it

Sign in with the email and password you use in the app, then confirm. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use Profile → Delete account in the app, or email us and we will verify and delete it for you.

Prefer email? Write to akhoshraftarmonfared@gmail.com from your account address and we will verify and delete within one month, as the GDPR requires. See the privacy policy.
